Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain off water.
  2. Preheat the Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
