  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the potatoes: Scrub and thinly slice the Yukon Gold potatoes.
