  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Additional:

  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes
  • Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside 4-5 tablespoons for salad.
  2. Coat Chicken: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Bread with flour, egg, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Fry Chicken: Heat oil, fry cutlets until golden and cooked through.
