Seasoned Ground Beef:

- 1 Teaspoon chili powder

- 1 Teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Wrap Assembly:
- 4 flour tortillas
- ½ Cup lettuce (shredded)
- ¾ Cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ⅓ Cup ranch dressing
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 4 Tablespoons corn (well drained)
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Mix: In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef with all the spices.
- Brown: Heat a non-stick skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned beef until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cut: Place a tortilla on a cutting board and make a cut from the center to the bottom edge.
- Assemble: Arrange lettuce, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing, onion, corn, cheese, and beef on different sections of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle: Add extra cheese on top of the beef.
- Fold: Fold the tortilla in a clockwise manner to enclose the fillings.
- Cook: Grill the folded wraps in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or grill in beef fat if desired.
