Cheese Ball:
- 8 slices cooked bacon, divided
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
- 2–3 fresh jalapenos
- 3/4 cup green onions, divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Coating:
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Serving:
- Crackers or chips for serving
Instructions
- Cheese Ball: Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, ranch dressing mix, garlic, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Chop 6 slices of bacon and slice green onions.
- Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon, and green onions to the cream cheese mixture. Mix at low speed with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Coating: Chop remaining 2 slices of bacon, pecans, and parsley. Combine with cheddar cheese and smoked paprika. Store in the refrigerator.
- Finish the cheese ball by rolling it in the bacon, pecan, and cheese mixture.
- Serve on a platter with crackers or chips.
