Main Dip:
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Additional Ingredients:
- 10 oz frozen spinach or 16 ounces fresh spinach
- 8 oz can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
- Cook Spinach: Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions. Squeeze out excess water and add to the mixing bowl.
- Prepare Additional Ingredients: Drain and dice water chestnuts, slice green onions, and add them to the mayo mixture.
- Mix and Chill: Mix all ingredients together well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
