2 cups or 1 cup
Garlic (minced):
2 cloves
Marinara Sauce:
2 cups
Olive Oil:
1 tablespoon
Italian Seasoning:

Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells: Boil pasta shells until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Make the filling: Combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Saute garlic and spinach, then mix with cheese mixture.
- Stuff the shells: Preheat oven. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish. Fill shells with ricotta-spinach mixture and arrange in dish. Top with remaining sauce.
